The Project went live with no impact on CPL’s business.

The Illumiti team worked closely with the CPL team using Illumiti’s upgrade methodology. The scope included the upgrade of all the business functions including: Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Human Resources and Net Payroll.

The team also had to incorporate the stringent Pharmaceutical validation requirements during the upgrade. The upgrade moved CPL from SAP 4.6C to ECC 6.0 SR 3 and included a migration to Unicode. The project also upgraded CPL’s Operating System and Database (64 Bit MS Windows Server 2003 and MS SQL 2005).
