Illumiti has kicked off the re-design of TheMIGroup’s customer facing portal “ReloWeb”.
TheMIGroup currently uses SAP CRM, ERP and BW to manage their international and domestic relocation management business. This Project will present information to the customers of TheMIGroup using tools from SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Portal.
A mixture of Crystal Reports, Xcelsius Dashboards, and Portal applications will be used to share information in an easy to use intuitive way over the web. This information will enable TheMIGroup’s customers to manage all aspects of their interactions with TheMIGroup. In addition, this portal will provide the employees being relocated with all the information they need about their destination and the ability to track the status of services being provided to them.
