Combining a natural ability to engage others with his extensive knowledge and experience in organizational development and project management, Nir is able to assign the team members who best fit the needs of the project and the dynamics of his client's team. The result is that he is able to successfully create a strong working relationship with his clients. Clients including BMG Entertainment, Progistix and H.J. Heinz, in turn, repeatedly entrust projects of various sizes in his capable hands. Under his leadership, Illumiti has grown from its fledgling days as a small SAP implementation company to an organization offering a broad spectrum of technology expertise and services.
In fact, Illumiti's clients are not the only ones who recognize Nir's ability to help their organization grow. America's SAP User Group has requested that he share his experiences in implementing SAP in small to mid-sized businesses as well as his expertise in Warehouse Management. In addition, Nir has been an Instructor for the Materials Management Partner Academy as well as for MRP courses at SAP Canada.
Nir started his career as a Project Cost and Planning Engineer for a large electricity utility company in his native South Africa after attaining a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. Two years later, he began his career in the SAP industry garnering extensive practical knowledge and field experience at clients such as INTEL and IBM. Later working for several years as a Senior Consultant, Project Manager and Project Director on several implementations and as an executive in an SAP consulting firm called Tullamore Advantage. Today, he continues his role as trusted Advisor to his clients who helps their organizations succeed in their SAP initiatives.
